Have Your Test Instrument Calibrated At Our Hamilton Office
Our laboratory in Hamilton, like our labs in Leeds and Belfast, has in-house calibration certification to BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005. Our Calibration Certificates are traceable to National Standards including UKAS (field 1 and field 2 dimensional) for compliance with your Quality Assurance systems.
Approved Repair Centre status is held from the leading instrument manufacturers and products are repaired to manufacturers' standards using approved parts.
As a Seaward Approved Repair Centre we are also able to reset the calibration warning screen on their PAT testers and MFT's. At present this is restricted to half-a-dozen calibration houses nationwide.
Our calibration office in Hamilton, like our calibration labs in Newtownabbey (Belfast) and Leeds, is a Megger Approved Warranty Repair Centre. We only use genuine Megger spare parts in our instrument repairs.
Any queries regarding Megger spare parts, repair facilities, and/or advice on the best course of action to take, should be directed in the first instance to your local Cuthbertson Laird Group calibration office.
We have facilities for the calibration of Electrical, Temperature, Pressure, HVAC, Safety, Airflow, Torque and Dimensional Metrology test & measurement equipment. We can arrange to collect your test instruments, meters and test sets for calibration or repair throughout the UK. In-house calibration certification to BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
Service Contracts and On-Site Calibration In Scotland
"Calibration Service Contracts" can also be arranged. These are very cost effective for companies who want annual / three year contracts at fixed calibration prices. We would need a full list of your inventory to give you the best price.
We also offer an "On Site Calibration Service" by arrangement, for companies with larger test equipment inventories or where instruments are fixed such as ovens or moulding machines. This prevents downtime and the complications of shipping instrumentation off - site.
Our metrology division can calibrate, repair and recondition a wide range of vernier gauges, micrometers, surface tables, gauge blocks and even verify the performance of co-ordinate measuring machines on site to ISO 10360.
